The apartment in the basement was also completed in 2015 and is about 35 square meters. It can accommodate 2 people. An additional bed or child's travel bed can be placed when needed.
 
The lower apartment consists of a large and bright living room and bedroom,a kitchenette and a spacious shower room with toilet. The room has a large ceiling fan.
 
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and other kitchen utensils.
